"The loft was nice, pictures are accurate. Over all its a great value and walkable to old towne. The property managers answered all questions very quickly and were quite accommodating. I will say the rental itself is tired and needs some care. The ceiling tiles are warped and falling out, walls are scratched and dinged badly in lots of spots. The sinks do not drain properly. That being said i would 100% stay here again its a great value!"

"When we arrived the room smelled like smoke and there was water on the floor from the AC unit. It took a few days to get the AC unit fixed. The smoke smell was there through out our stay even though we had the windows open. I am guessing this was a smoking room when it was a Hilton Hotel. Otherwise, great location and a good property."

"It was clean and convenient..... but it was advertised, and we PAID for king size beds.... the beds were almost as small as twin beds, so that was a huge misrepresentation on their part. If the beds had been as advertised, we would stay regularly, but that ruined it for us. "

"Spent a week in this condo. Hosts were very prompt, kind, and responsive to questions. The property is comfortable and walking distance to Old Town. The furnishings are modern and as shown in the photos. The bed was also comfortable. Laundry facilities are available on the premises, but not in the suite (1.75 per load). "Our room on the third floor was in a 29 year old motel that has been moderately maintained. It was spacious with dated furniture. The plumbing, A/C, and lighting worked well. The location was great, and it was very quiet. The ever-present cockroaches mainly stayed in the kitchen and bath. We did not use the scarcely supplied kitchen, but restaurants were abundant near the unit. Overall, it was an adequate unit for the price paid. "

"When I reserved this place and messaged Natalie an introduction of who we were and why we were in Phoenix I got NO RESPONSE.....I thought, oh well, that's ok. A week or so later, I messaged her asking about a hair dryer and got NO RESPONSE.....I was a little irritated but figured not a big deal. The day before check-in I messaged her asking how we access her place and got NO RESPONSE! On the morning of check-in I called her and got a voice mailbox that was full. "We were pretty desperate to find a place to stay and found this one. It met our expectations given the price point. The information regarding the possibility of other guests smoking was accurate and it was a bit smelly upon entering the building but it was clean and the staff was very nice. Easy check in process. Very clear. We ran our air conditioning pretty cold the whole time to help with any possible odors. It seemed to work and we enjoyed the stay."
