“Terrific hotel! Great energy, great staff and just perfect overall in the great value. Better yet – they allow dogs! I wish I remembered everybody’s names, Alice and RJ at the front desk were great. I believe the other gentleman was Tyler. I will definitely stay here again!”

“We were moved to the Privado Casitas along with another family that booked with us. The casitas were recently remodeled and sparkingly clean, spacious and well appointed. ”

“This is a fine hotel, although the rooms are nothing special beyond a standard 3 start hotel; the reason for 4 stars is the great location in Old Town, and very friendly staff. Nice lobby and bar/Starbucks as well. One warning is that if you use the underground parking, the exit is curved and quite tight, and navigating a larger vehicle such as an SUV was more difficult than it should be.”
