“The house was clean and a great location. We had room and enjoyed the outside patio. I felt safe in the neighborhood. A little pricey, but what can you expect for Las Vegas during Mother’s Day weekend. Overall, it was a very nice stay and I recommend the house and I would gladly come back!!!”

Very clean, well stocked with everything you might need, excellent location and very friendly hosts that make the experience feel like home. This property is in a very quiet neighborhood a short drive from the airport and the Strip, and it’s also extremely easy to out of the city (we drive to Death Valley and Red Rocks.) Thr house is spacious and has a great layout and amazing kitchen. We loved the hot tub and pool!”

“We had such a nice stay at this house! It was large enough for our group of nine adults, and it was nice having a “home base” to come back to away from the craziness of the strip. Sanh was always extremely responsive and we never had any issues. It was also so nice having a clean/warmed pool. Would definitely recommend this property.”

“Nice home needs some upgrades in bedroom furniture desk. And chairs . Not all bathrooms have fan . Very irritant alarm from using patio door when entering from outside unable to stop the alarm ( told its local ordinance) that noise cancels all the effort that is made to keep the neighborhood quiet in evening hours . Construction occurring both in front and back of the house which was not mentioned during rental causing continuous noise.”

Just minutes from the casinos, the river, restaurants and Sam's club! Lots of considerations were made by the owners to make the experience comfortable! The property is well maintained. “We had a soccer tournament in Henderson, so instead of an overpriced, boring hotel, 4 moms and our sons stayed at this awesome home! The house was clean and nicely decorated. There were plenty of fresh towels and the beds were great. The game room was a fantastic added bonus! We hiked in the nearby mountains and took $25 Ubers to the strip! It was a wonderful and memorable weekend.”

“Host was amazing with communication and ensuring our stay was everything we wanted it to to. Property is clean, well-kept, and just far enough from the strip to enjoy some peace and quiet, but not so far that its an entire mission to load the family up for tourist activities. Kitchen was well stocked with essentials and spices, etc. Pool was clean and well-kept - and even had pool noodles, toys, and other goodies for use. I cannot say enougj good things about this house, host, and our time……

“Overall the house was awesome, spacious, and was great for group of people. There were some flaws that include the pool and hot tub. Having to send a text to have the hot tub turned on and waiting for response and then waiting for it to heat up (we texted in advance so it worked out) but it wasn’t accessible when you want to spontaneously get in. The pool and hot tub also needed to be cleaned a bit more. Quite a bit of debris in the bottom. The couches needed a bit more cleaning as well. The……

“Things we liked: Property was very clean and spacious, kids loved the theater room. House was in a great location. Things we disliked: pool and hot tub were not heated. Kitchen only had 1 pan to cook with. Forks were very limited, there were no dish cloths.”

“This has been the second booking I made that the owner had a hot tub that was not working when we arrived, there were many issues with this property as well, many times in the kitchen and living room, refrigerator ice dispenser did not give ice, but clog up numerous times, microwave did not rotate and make loud noises, both showers were very slippery, vent screens were very dirty”
