“The place is so close to everything. A block from the beach and walking distance to the prom and all the shops and restaurants. Extremely dog friendly. Plenty of parking.”

“Large older house, that can accommodate ten people easily. Very clean and close to beach and shopping. This house would be great for large family’s with kids! Nice large patio and beautiful yard. Property had everything we needed. One shortcoming the gas stove was missing the fuel line so we didn’t get to grill.”

“Clean, not too far from the beach, easy to get downtown, and even had a 50 outlet in the garage for anyone who needs to charge and EV. Would highly recommend!”

“We enjoyed ourselves here. Communication with the property manager was the only demerit -- I emailed twice to ask if the yard was fenced for dogs and never got a reply. (It isn't.). Otherwise, the place is great and location is wonderful.”

“This was an extremely nice property that was also very kid friendly. The location was great. They had tons of toys for the kids. Very nice backyard. It was so fun to the beach. If I could give this is more stars I would.”

“The home was very nice but as others have stated the creaking of the floors upstairs is CRAZY! It was advertised that there was no street parking but that there was parking for 2 cars. There were planter boxes on one side of the driveway and the garage was such a tight squeeze if you pulled the car in the people on one side of the car could not get out. I would recommend removing the planter boxes as they really serve no purpose but to take up a parking spot.”

“This cottage is in the perfect location for a visit to Seaside and just minutes from the beach. It is located just to the end of the walkway on Seaside so perfect for strolling to go out for dinner or to take the kids to the arcade or aquarium. The Seahorse cottage was very clean and well-equipped. It's as excellent for a young family and we only wished that we could have stayed longer. I would definitely recommend this place and book it again.”

“We spent a few days on the coast and the location was perfect for our day trips down to Haystack rock in Cannon Beach, the Oregon coast aquarium in Newport, and the sea lion caves in Florence. There are also several hiking trails close by that we took advantage of. If we end up back on the Oregon coast we will definitely be returning to this property! Great location!!!”

“The home was a great fit for our family over a the weekend. It was a quick 5 minute walk to the beach and less than 15 to the Main Street.”

“The view is great, the location is great. The spiral staircase is dangerous had too many close calls, had to put the couch in front of the stairs to prevent people from accidentally falling down the stairs. Overall a cool house and glad we stayed.”

“Great property and neighborhood. Love the painted rock garden. Everything great with house with exception of some old interior door knobs with locks that should be replaced. Had a small child locked in one of the rooms which fortunately had an exterior door that we were able to access. Would have been much more difficult had it been one of the other rooms.”

“The condo was clean and included a well-equipped kitchen. It's right on the prom and is on the fourth floor. The view from the living room and balcony right off of that room was spectacular! We loved the short walk to the beach, very short walk to the promenade, and close proximity to the heart of Seaside. Our only frustration was with the TV - we had a hard time navigating to Movie sources.”
