“I was visiting my son in Seattle and decided to spend a few days on Whidbey Island. The house is beautiful and so comfortable. The location did not disappoint. We saw eagles and seals. Rain or shine, it’s the perfect place.”

With easy access to Port Angeles, Hurricane Ridge and the Olympic National Park it made the location of Lynn and Scott’s place perfect. Everything that you could need was provided to you at the house and cleanliness was up to par! We can’t wait to visit again!”

“The cabin was super cute and had everything we needed. It was a little farther away from restaurants, etc, but it was worth it for the seclusion! The hot tub was clean and a nice perk.”

“This was our first time to the Pacific Northwest. We stayed here at the suggestion of friends and it was just lovely. The cabin has several little touches that made it a perfect place for our little family. I am glad we went to the cabin before purchasing groceries so we could see what was already there. Our one 'not so great' thing was how close the cabin is to the highway. We did hear cars early in the morning, so it's not quite as secluded as we thought. Don't let that deter you from staying.……

“My family loved this home in the hills above Port Angeles. With views across to Canada, but only 10 minutes from downtown, this was in an ideal location for visiting the parks and sights in the area, while easily getting to grocery stores and restaurants. The house is very well appointed, with nothing missing that we could have needed. We especially enjoyed the hot tub, watching the ships passing by, and the local welcoming committee, aka Gurl the border collie, who came by to say hello most……

“The lodge was well supplied and cozy. Despite staying during the coldest weekend in western Washington, we kept warm with blankets and fireplace. The location had good amenities and we did not have any complaints! Would totally recommend!”

“The property's best feature is the amazing view. The area is nice and the house had lots of books, lamps, kitchen supplies and things to make it comfortable. Vacasa is another story. Very difficult in their correspondence and an unusually early check out time of 10 am. When asking for check out at 11 am, I finally heard back and they offered 2 pm for an extra charge! Rip off. Never was connected to the hosts, just Vacasa reps.”

“My wife and I and a friend spent nearly a week at Oyster Lodge mostly under completely blue skies and little wind. We enjoyed the privacy, the spa, the commercial gas stove, the huge kitchen, and oystering on the beach. The large propane grill was perfect for cooking oysters in the shell. We also went clamming at the nearby WDFW tidelands near Quilcene. The 100 steps down to the beach were a little challenging, but we all made it on several occasions. The house was very clean except for a sticky……

“I wanted to surprise my husband for his birthday and stay close to a beach and have a unique stay. This was the PERFECT place to stay. From the lounger to cuddle in to the relaxing hot tub. Our dog loved the yard and being on the beach. We were able to look at the other locations they have and will 100% be staying here or another location again.”

“If you're looking for a quiet place with an absolutely amazing view, this is it. Waking up with the ocean out your window, waves crashing against the bluff, and sounds of birds chirping is just unbelievable. The place has three fire pits, a hot sauna, and the most unusual wood burning hot tub you'll ever experience (highly recommended even though it's a lot of effort to get ready). It's expensive but these views make it worth it. My family also really enjoyed the interior with a cool hammock……

“Our stay was amazingly peaceful and for our family to join at a mutual location it was ideal - beautiful walks on the beach and the overall charm of the place made for a perfect Christmas--very spacious, beds perfect and the home had all the cooking utensils, gadgets, platters etc to accommodate our meals. Our host was quick to respond to any questions we had. We will for sure return for another visit!”
