“Overall facilities is a bit too, especailly the towel, fitted and bottom sheet is too old which made you feel not comfortable to sleep. Breakfast is not worth spending $15 too.”

“I actually liked the location and thotel car pick up services. The driver was nice and patient even my flight arrival in the early morning. Staffs were warm, helpful and quick check-in proces, made me more comfortable and welcomed. ”

“Outstanding property for budget conscious travellers. I just rang the hotel and they were prompt in response and rang me where to stand for pick up. Drop off was also hassle free. Added breakfast before boarding was a blessing. I will definitely stay on next leg of journey.”

“I stayed here on 02/03/2023 the pictures of the hotel itself looked great but the condition of the hotel is terrible and very deceiving. First of all, the AC unit was taped together with cellotape. There was no hot water, the room was infested with mosquitos, I slept an hour but then woke up to having been bitten all over and at 4am a very large droning noise started which when I queried it, was the water pump. Not sure why they'd want to turn that on at 4am with a full house of guests! On……

“The White Palace Hotel is great for a weekend escape. I had a fantastic time there. The staff was always helpful when I needed anything. I believe it's a wonderful place for anyone to stay!”

“The staff were helpful and friendly. The breakfast was fantastic. However, the cleanliness (specifically the bathroom was terrific in all aspects and toilet roll was placed in a way that it gets wet while taking shower) and safety (sliding door locks were not working) were terrible. The bedsheets and pillows were full of strains, the disgusting thing I have seen ever in my little experience staying in hotel. Would suggest the hotel to be honest while posting photos in expedia or other platforms.……
