"The hotel manager at front desk very very helpful for fixing up my room at once and very sincerely solve the problem of my room and arrange change for me as it is not easy as my rooms booked as connected rooms. Overall very satisfy with the service. "

"Although the hotel slightly aged but overall keep in okay condition. Room is clean and nice facilities, helpful staff. Good breakfast. Convenient location. One complaint , in winter time the air conditioner cannot catch the temperature you set, the room is a bit hot. If you are doing the choice between Sheraton and Marriott. Go for this one. I try both. "

"Everything is perfect"

"Everything is good. The hotel is not a new one but condition is excellent. All staff are friendly and helpful except for restaurant service. Waitress telling us the closing time of breakfast was rather blunt and cold. Breakfast area was also not as good as before, like, no one attending to out of order coffee machines and empty food platter. If this is addressed it would be perfect."

"The hotel didn’t provide a lounge or bar for a drink. They turned the lobby area to a banquet site which made the hotel extra noisy. My room is opposite to the staff doorway which they talked so loud that woke me up at 7am or so every morning. Staff are friendly but the services range is not satisfactory: they don’t have ice cube to provide. "
