“The Boathouse is located down 67 stairs - which we read about in the description - still a workout, especially when loading in or out. The property was perfect for our family of four. There were lots of bugs on the windows, so we decided to keep them closed at all times. The window AC unit cooled the house enough and fans are provided. The house could use a refresh of furniture and towels. If I went again, I would bring my own towels. The beach towels provided were great. The water is stunning.……

The host acted as if the listing was taken off vrbo and they didn't know about the booking. I asked about a refund then and they seemed like it wouldn't be an issue.
