"Bathroom sink was clogged, cold faucet water broken, kitchen sink leaked all over counter, beds weren't washed, bathroom shower and toilet weren't cleaned, cobwebs everywhere, broken bbq, filthy furniture and rugs, deplorable conditions, falsely advertised. VRBO refused to do anything, said to contact Vacasa. Vacasa ignored multiple texts, hung on me several times. Main Vacasa office at Shaver Lake town center was empty with lights out.
