“What an amazing spot right on the water. The property is huge and very private. The water is perfect for swimming right off the dock and there is lots of room for boat parking. The cottage has everything you need to enjoy your stay. It is spotless!!!! The kitchen is so well stocked and there is a ton of space to make your meals. Cozy bedrooms and so much space to relax indoors. But with such an amazing outside space - I highly doubt you will stay inside. Big outside table for eating and the bbq……

“We were pleasantly surprised to discover that in person this property looked even bigger than the listing. The property is newly built, super clean, and freshly decorated. The upstairs, open-concept kitchen which looks out onto the dining room and living area made for many fun nights cooking meals, and gathering together as a family. “We spent our first family (9 of us) mini-vacay here. What an unexpected surprise! The house is absolutely beautiful. Not once did we feel crowded. The rooms are spacious, nicely furnished, hardwood (some flagstone) throughout and large windows to take in various views of the outdoors. In addition to a lovely outdoor space, 2 outdoor patio areas, a new BBQ, the property has a large deep pond and amazing trails that led to a beautiful knee deep creek (great for skipping stones). It was delightfully appointed & every guest convenience we could have requested...was already there❣️ Our kids had the lower level where they enjoyed their morning coffee, showers & evening fireplace movies in their own quarters. We enjoyed the lake view, slept like babies in comfort & luxurious linens & showered in our rain shower on the 2nd floor. “Darcy and Emily were top tier hosts! Darcy went above and beyond to make our stay comfortable and enjoyable, and even kept our dog with her when we went out in the day! The homemade breakfast was delicious and there were many little touches that made us feel right at home. Emily directed us to some nice hikes in the area, and welcomed us at the local pub. “Our family loved our time at Brewster's Lake! The cottage was lovely and comfortable, with a beautiful view off the back deck, and a short walk to the water. There was lots to do, and the beach was just a short canoe ride away. The kids loved chasing frogs and snakes, playing in the sandbox, soaking in the hot tub, and roasting marshmallows by the fire. Thoroughly enjoyed our stay, this place has all the amenities you could ask for, and our host was available and accessible the whole trip! A……

“The "suite" was clean and the bed was comfortable. The male host extremely helpful. We booked the "suite" because the description said "separate sitting area" and this was very important to us. Sadly the sitting area was on a deck outside. Not very useful on a rainy October day! The room itself is not 450 square foot so we presume the deck is included. Nice sized bathroom. No chair to sit in for reading or tv viewing. ”
