“Lobby was very nice, gym was an awkward layout.”

“雖然酒店宣稱剛整修過，但是實際上房間內部陳設與設備非常老舊，令人驚訝與失望。前台員工非常友善，但是協助行李搬運的同事非常被動。 整體而言與網路相片相差太多。位置優越是其主要特點。”

“this hotel is very convenient if you are shopping or enjoying or visiting any of the restaurants/bars in the area, or have to go to the U of A hospital. We like the proximity of it to all of these places.”

“Lobby is very nice, room comfortable and clean but a little worn. There is a train that runs next to the hotel. Our dinner at the hotel was good. Location is good, I would stay here again”

“This hotel is out of date. The room is not so clean. The bed is squeaking. ”

“Everything was OK, except the Wi-Fi. It is very slow and when the hotel is full, you cannot connect to Wi-Fi because no IP is available. So come with a data plan until the hotel will upgrade the Internet and Wi-Fi access.”

“Dining options were great; the location for our purposes was very convenient. Though a bit louder due to traffic and trains, it was very comfortable and had no trouble sleeping. One elevator was broken during our stay on a busy weekend and we didn’t have time to sit and wait in Ricki’s for a breakfast that was included with our stay. We prefer a buffet breakfast for busy mornings. ”

“Comfy clean room with blackout blinds - yay! Our Deluxe King bed room was spacious but seemed emptier than other rooms I've had before, almost as if they removed a table and/ or desk and chair. Kind of strange. I also will never understand why hotels don't have bathroom fans. It just feels gross!”

“My stay was good but I tried to use both the ironing board and iron and they were both broken.😟 While the room was clean the vent from the AC/Heating Unit was filthy with lots of black marks on the ceiling. ”
