“I stayed here as have friends in Damac Hills 2 so perfect location for me. Staff were all welcoming, friendly, polite and professional. My room was amazing for the cost. Damac Hills 2 area is still being developed. Unfortunately the only way of transport is taxi at the moment but like I said for my own personal needs this was the perfect place to stay :) ”

“We absolutely loved this property! I could write a book about why it was so awesome. It was so peaceful and calm. It was like we were the only ones there. My kids enjoyed playing in the pool. All of the employees were phenomenal with customer service. My kids were too small to really do any of the experiences so I asked if they could just see the camels and falcons and they said sure. Jamal was amazing he drove us around and was patient with my kids even though they were scared of the animals.……

“We stayed in the tent for 1 night. It was only bearable to be inside (even with aircon) after 6pm and before 7/8am! However it was lovely and clean and beautiful surroundings, with toilets etc. the service at dinner however was awful - we were sat down for 45 mins before we got our drinks or even cutlery, then we found out our order hadn’t even been placed. Other tables were also the same with things they needed or wanted. The manager then arrived and things improved but for the price of the……

“A unique place to stay. It is probably best suited for travelers with pre-teen kids. Food options are somewhat limited. The shower didn't drain properly and management was unable to fix it during our stay, which was disappointing.”

“From April 12 - 14, we booked the bubble room with temperature controlled private pool (D01) and the experience was amazing. For us, we did not run into any hiccups, especially getting there from Dubai. “La piscine et le parking sont très bien. En arrivant, la réservation n’avait pas été prise en compte. Les logements étaient très mal équipés. Ils n’ont que très peu de couverts par rapport au nombre de personnes. Les plaques de cuisson ont pris feu et ils n’ont pas réussi à réparer donc nous avons changé de logement. Les logements sont équipés de façon disparat. Certains disposent d’un micro micro-ondes et d’autres non. Les deux nuits que nous avons passé étaient affreuses, car il y avait……
