“我在Hotel.com 預訂2月四日至2月7日共4個晚上私人房間，到達旅館是我出示入住證明，女職員說沒有收到有Hotel.com發出的入住證明，我於是付款租了一個床位，他承諾我翌日將會得到房間。在2月8日我離開酒店時，我要求旅館發給我由2月5日至7日3個晚上的入住收據，因為我發覺他早前發給我的收據副本曾經刪改，與正本不相同並在收據上面寫上柬埔寨文字，這是不合法的，因為我回到香港後要向Hotel.com索回房間收費，我不明白內容所以要求更換。男職員拒絕發出並憤怒地趕我立即離開，我拒絕後，我從櫃檯走出來並把我推向窗邊揮拳想打我，幸好被一名外籍女旅客阻止。然後他把我的行李拋向門口，其他職員進來才停止發生爭執。旅館應該保障住客的安全，但職員想毆打客人就只是為了擅自一張删改了的收據而出手打客人，旅客的安全有什麼保障。訂房是包括迎賓飲品及免費早餐，餐廳經理給我的迎賓飲品是一杯冰水，早餐只有三天麵包及一杯飲品，跟同事在場的其他旅客完全不同，他們額外還有炒蛋和煙肉，我曾經問過餐廳經理，他說就是這樣的早餐和歡迎飲品，你說這樣公平嗎？”

“The room was super clean with a big comfortable bed. The owner is very friendly and helpful. We had a lovely stay. It’s a bit far from everything but there’s tuk-tuks for that. ”

“Zero but for the neighborhood, run of the mill. The hotel was closed when I arrived on Thursday 17th, 2022, due to covid, nobody, not even the name, anymore. I had received zero notification but I had paid 4 nights I intend to get a refund for from Expedia which didn't notify me either ! ”

“Magnifique maison typique avec belle chambre. La famille est très accueillante et sympathique. Par contre l hébergement est loin de tout et pour des personnes avec une mobilité reduite pas très pratique car les escaliers sont très raides et les toilettes se situent au fond du jardin et de nuit pas commode. En plus le voisin aime bien faire profiter le voisinage de sa musique sur haut parleurs de 06h le matin à 22h(bon peut-être qu'il y avait une raison particulière mais nous ne sommes pas……

“Small, family owned and operated hotel. Like a home stay but withal and hot shower. The family may invite you to have dinner with their family the owner will drive you anywhere inSiem Reap and pick you up and drop you off at the airport or bus station. Quiet away from the action of the city.”

“We arrived and were asked to wait so that the guy on the desk could spray the room with air freshener. On entering the room the place looked shabby and on close inspection of the pillows we quickly decided not to use them as some were stained yellow. The a/c turned on but did nothing to cool down the room and the fan on the wall only oscillated about twice before sticking. There was a bracket on the wall where the tv once was and the electric wires sticking out of the wall where the shower once……
