“Amazing end to end experience from airport pickup to airport dropoff. The airport pickup was on time and we were welcomed by a cold towel and a fresh coconut which was refreshing under the hot and humid Cambodia weather. When we arrived the hotel, all the hotel staffs came to welcome us and make us feel home. “We are very disappointed about the service here. The staff should be trained better.Two points. Firstly, we come back at late night and would like to take a bath. However, we could not turn of the faucet to stop pouring water into bathtub. We call night shift staff to help us. when he come to our room, he felt shocked and helpless. He informed us that we can not use water in the bathroom until engineer come to fix it on the next day. It is unacceptable that he did not help us to change a new……

“Very clean and cozy room. Beds are super comfortable and we especially enjoyed the bath there. Housekeepers are nice enough to have all our clothes folded properly. Not the busiest location which is good too because after a day trip to Angkor Wat you wouldnt want to stay at a hotel right next to the pub street. 10mins walk from the pub street though. Overall we enjoyed our stay very much. Thank you! ”
