“Afgeleefd hotel; voorzieningen matig tot slecht. Geen elektriciteit , geen WiFi dus en zeer eenvoudig ontbijt. Op de kamer dus ook geen airco en dat is wel n hele overgang. Prijs/kwaliteit volledig uit balans. €40 zou al genoeg moeten zijn.”

“We had paid for reservation for 4 rooms for 4 people. Arrived late night/early morning 3.00 am and find out there are no rooms available because the hotel is being renovated. They directed us to go to a different hotel providing no further assitance. Why they accept reservation and payment when the rooms do not exist is any body's guess. They left us starnded. What if it was a family who has never travelled to Freetown before. Bad experience. ”

“I really appreciate the above and beyond service of the staff at Family Kingdom. My flight on Kenya Airways was delayed but the hotel staff person waited patiently at SeaCoach Aberdeen Bridge to pick me up. Great and friendly service at a reasonable price. ”
