It would be nice to have had a sheet with WiFi code and how to use tv as well as some local attractions/ restaurant recommendations.. Some bottles of water in the refrigerator/a couple of logs for the pizza over outside would be a nice touch.”

“this is a little over-the-garage efficiency apartment that had everything we needed for weekend activities in chapel hill! although it’s one room (+bathroom) it was large enough to not feel cramped. the neighborhood was quiet and easy to get to and overall it was exactly what we needed!”

“We had a wonderful time at the property. It was clean and spacious. The location was perfect since I have a daughter and her family in Mebane. Kitchen had everything you need and the beds were comfy. Downtown graham was so much fun. Also the shopping and outlet center was nearby.”

“We stayed here with our teenage son for a baseball tournament. The home is very clean and well kept. The washer/dryer was a lifesaver! There is a small fenced-in back yard in addition to a comfortable living room to relax. Nearby there is pond with a walking trail. We enjoyed our short stay. It was much better than a hotel!”

“I was a little skeptical to rent this after a couple reviews I read but in all honesty this place was absolutely beautiful and a great pick. It’s very private and our party was so amazed by the beauty. This place came fully stocked with everything you need. Every time I opened a kitchen cabinet I was pleasantly surprised that it had exactly what we needed and or forgot to bring. We will definitely be back this summer to stay here again. It is on 50 private acres so yes there may be some spiders……

“This was a great place to stay while visiting Elon University. It was a 10 min drive to campus and walking distance to two beautiful parks. It is a basement apartment so we could hear people walking above us at times but wasn’t an issue for us. The apartment is small but very cute. My husband and I felt like we had enough room and it was much more comfortable than a hotel stay.”

“What a great place to stay for the weekend! And all the little things that make the stay comfortable. This house has a circular driveway that makes it easy to unload the luggage and we really liked that it was one level. The bathroom had tons of room and a bidet! The shower had a new nozzle and plenty of hot water. We enjoyed laying on the couch and watching a family movie . They even had popcorn for us. This VRBO was stocked with coffee, creamer, sugar, tooth brushes and paste as well as……

“We were very busy during our stay. Our son had three graduation ceremonies in three days. So it was nice to have a comfortable place to come back to and relax.”

“This was such a great getaway for the weekend. Everything was clean and well maintained. The hosts were easy to contact and answered all my questions. Great way to learn about living off grid, showering in an outdoor stall and using a composting toilet. If you need to keep some food cold or frozen I suggest bringing some ice. They provided a small cooler. Overall great experience.”
