“Not a bad stay overall. Nice location opposite the police headquarters and courthouse. Friendly staff. Brianna the hostess was very nice. The suite was very large. The only thing is that the carpet needs changing. The continental breakfast wasn't appetizing but there's food all around the area. But all in all it was an enjoyable stay.”

“We stayed at the New Dawn for a Memorial Service. The setting on the water was so peaceful and private, yet easy access for those of us traveling by public transportation from Manhattan and La Guardia airport. We had chairs lined up facing the water for a Celebration of Life Ceremony. The whole downstairs layout was just wonderful with indoor and outdoor areas for people to gather, sharing memories and grief. Food platters from Costco were easily arranged and the weather was perfect. It was so……

“The property was exceedingly clean, and mostly convenient to our sightseeing needs. It's about a 15 minute walk to the PATH, which connects to the NYC subway system. The neighborhood isn't terrible, though there are some folks who decide they need to be loud every night right outside the building, until about midnight. So sleeping is sometimes an iffy proposition. The property manager is very attentive and if you have questions they will be answered immediately. A nice main street is about 10……

“We really appreciated this apartment while traveling with our toddler, who was quite overwhelmed by the city. It was such a quiet, spacious, calm place to return to. We could have used a curtain to better block the light for sleeping and a sharper knife (we must be the only people who cooked so much during a stay in NYC...as I said, our kiddo didn't love going out on the town), but other than that, the stay was perfect. “Since it was first time with VRBO, I was a little nervous about the whole process going into it. Rob was great to answer questions and deal with both myself and my granddaughter.It was an ideal location for visiting the Hudson River Valley and along the coast to Newport. We flew into White Plains and it is just a 20 minute ride away. The apartment was clean and convenient. We only ate 3 meals in 5 days away from there. The beds were comfortable and the shower was very nice. I liked the shower……

“This room provided basic essentials for my family to visit NYC. There is a small kitchenette with stove burners, microwave, coffee maker, toaster, and a few kitchen utensils. There is a bathroom, a kitchen table, one bed, and one pull-out futon. The side street location was quieter than the main streets located just a minute or two away. “Amazing stay. I have no negative review or concern. Amazing staff and hotel. Wish more amenties in the room like coffee maker or a kettle or microwave rather than go downstairs but still was a beautiful stay. Good breakfast as well. I also had to cancel one night due to a family emergency and was refunded back. Parking is limited and safe at a gated environment at the back of the hotel. If i had to come back to the bronx, this will be my hotel. ”
