Nicely decorated and love the pet friendly touches like a dog bed, extra bowls and treats on the counter. The only thing we'd suggest be updated is the check in time. “We were visiting our daughter in Garner and this was only 15 minutes away.The yard was terrific for our pups! They got their energy out!! It was easy to go back and forth to the house to let the pups out! I would just suggest a light for nighttime use for the backyard.. Otherwise it was great!!”

The location is great and far enough away from the city that you can enjoy the stars at night, but close enough to drive into Raleigh for any event! The house had a fully stocked kitchen for cooking and was very clean. We will stay here again for our next Raleigh trip!”

“Brady's Tuition was a wonderful place to stay while visiting family in the area. It was super clean. The beds were perfect. “We stayed at this beautiful house for a quick weekend girls trip! The house was as described and thoroughly enjoyed the use of the hot tub. Though we missed the chickens, as there weren’t any at the time we visited! We also walked down to Lorraine’s for coffee! “The house and location are basically very good, but a few issues are not perfect. The manager needs to be more timely in response, especially for check-in. There were 3 large trash bins, all FULL in the driveway and bags on the ground. The counters were not recently cleaned, and the oven self-clean cycle was STILL running when we walked in & 35 mins to go :-( stinky! The house & yard were perfect for our stay with 2 small dogs, but a few things need better attention.”

“We arrived to a very clean, roomy, well supplied and comfortable home. We stayed 4 nights with 6 adults, 2 young children and 1 baby. The house was very well appointed and because of 2 living room areas, we had plenty of space to be comfortable. The bedrooms were comfortable and we were able to make the 2 bathrooms work for our group without any problems. I would absolutely book this property again. My only wish is that the grass would have been cut… it was long so our little ones just couldn’t……

“While the listing is "technically" accurate, it is incomplete. The entry door can't be locked or unlocked from the outside which requires someone to climb over the passenger seat to get in. Listed WiFi was nonexistent. Listed TV was useless as it wasn't noted that there was NO service of any kind. Listing claims "totally electric" yet we had NO hot water the entire time we were there. The bathroom door does not latch and offers little privacy. The air conditioner was erratic and failed to……
