“I used to live on 28th street for 10 years so I know the area well and wanted to be close to the River mouth. It's a nice house and great location for Del Mar and close to Solana Beach. The towel rack was coming off of the wall but I fixed it with a proper drywall anchor so it's good to go for years. 3 bedrooms would be nice but the extra bed in the master worked out fine. Easy walk to the beach and that's what we wanted.”

It has great gathering areas in the backyard and in the living room. It's nice that it's on a dead-end street as it made things very quiet. Stephanie was extremely accommodating and responsive. “Very nice location, close to town and beach. Definitely a "bungalow" style, so space is at a premium, but Interior furniture could be better optimized for the smallness of the space. Difficult for two people to use the dining table. Would stay again but with no more than two.”
