“We had a really great stay in Wells. The property is in a brilliant location, right in the centre of Wells, yet still very quiet. The property itself is very comfortable and well equipped. Couldn't ask for more. The parking is tight, but if you can reverse, you'll be fine! Highly recommended.”

“We have literally just got back from our 3 night stay here. Absolutely loved staying at the barn and waking up to the chickens outside and Meg the puppy. We was very sad to leave and wish we'd stayed longer for my aunties 60th girlie trip. Amazing location. Will definitely stay again with my husband and two boys in the future .”

“This spacious converted barn was perfect for our stay. Larger than it looks in the photos. Well equipped kitchen with plenty of plates, glasses and cutlery. The hosts provided tea, milk and coffee supplies upon approval which was appreciated before going to a bigger shop at the nearby grocery store. There was also salt and pepper. Plenty of soap and detergent too. The location is in a peaceful setting with lovely views. In additional to the large tv in the living room which includes a dvd……

“Had a four day break with parents, the cottage was spotless on arrival and well equipped. The wifi was occasionally sporadic but to be expected in a rural area. We slept well with no passing traffic and even with four adults there was ample hot water.Lots of seating and although weather was poor the outside seating area was great . Small downside was the property can be rented alongside next door(semi detached) , there is a locked interconnecting door but the noise can carry through a little .”
