“General service is good. Front line staff, including drivers and safe guards are all friendly and helpful. We loved to chat with them. Gardening and environment is well-maintained with tropical and exotic Vietnam vibes. Direct connection with the beach is charming and romantic. However our villa showed multiple malfunction when we moved in. TV was not available in all rooms. Took them 1 day to fix it. Pool lights were broken, fixed in the other day and then broken again. One of the water……

“Great Location - easy to get into the Old Town and a short walk down the beach to An Bang. We had an apartment which was fine, except that there was no cutlery and nothing to cook with if one was thinking of doing meals. The breakfast was very average but adequate. Access to the beach was simple, but there was very limited shade provided on the beach. Overall it's not a bad place to stay and while I probably won't stay again, I wouldn't dismiss it as an option if you get a good price.”

“Near the beach, good location. You can get 50% off discount of the spa on 2-4pm everyday. They also provide a free 45-min foot massage and one way transport to airport. The staff are nice and helpful. Reasonable price. I would say not bad at all.”
