Perfect spot to view the eclipse

"We rented this house for a short visit for the 2024 solar eclipse. Had a great view of the sun over Lake Champlain! The house was perfect for my wife and me with our 20 month old toddler - just needed a baby gate to keep her from dashing up to the loft."

Bad Start

"Property was not ready at check in. Fridge full, dirty linens, dirty towels and house not clean. Called property mgr and housekeeping came within a half an hour. Also no heat which was resolved by 7:30. Loose bar and dinning room chairs and back door does not latch. Got locked out day before departure. ..."
