“This property is perfect for multiple families, groups of friends, or extended families. There are places to hang out in small groups and the common areas are comfortable for everyone to be together. The kitchen is well equipped and easy to use. Lots to do inside (game room) and outside (pool, hot tub, lake).”

“Rented this lakefront property from July 1 - July 5. Good: owner rented for less than a week at a reasonable price / Lake view / dock / kayaks & canoe / relatively flat lot / plenty of parking / propane in bottle for grill. Bad: front porch handrails rotted and loose / mouse droppings on counter, in cabinets, and on top of two beds / not very clean inside / outside grill / side deck not usable (rotted and mildewed) / wood walkway to lake had screws sticking out (pointed end) / ladder on dock……

“I may suggest to the host to make more precise info about direction. We were coming at sunset time and got very distracted with beauty of surroundings and could not find the rowboat street. But post office lady brought us to the house . Since that moment , we enjoyed everything in this house : nice bedrooms with balconies and beautiful views , 3 levels home that allow to find privacy, kitchen is full of pots, pans , plates , even shot glasses and personality etc …. We had very good time . Thank……

“Very cute home. Everything that you would need in the kitchen and Bathrooms. Very quiet neighborhood. People are very friendly. T gated backyard was perfect for my dads miniature dash hound. Met a very good friend of there’s named Todd. There were issues with the gate at the boat ramp. No fault of anyone’s other than the HOA committee. But the owner of the property did everything that she could to help out with an issue that was out of her control. Just as we were about to leave. Another……

“House has potential but found entire property to be dated, tired, and worn down. The dock was dangerous, numerous nails sticking out of deck board. Bummer upper deck of dock had to be closed off. There were 14 people in our group and there was only one refrigerator. We place half our food and drinks in large yeti coolers the entire time. “Queen” size beds were smaller than modern day queen beds. The hand on the over was duct taped and kept breaking. The property lacked outside seating. Overall……

“The house was perfect for our family. The boat dock was awesome. We had a lift for our boat. Plenty of space to hang out in the sun or in the shade. There is also a mini fridge. The cove was great for swimming and paddle boarding. The screened in porch was great for dinner outside and games. The host was very responsive. Answered every question in a timely manner. Check in was easy. Within 20 minutes of a grocery store. The property is located in a nice cove. Our only concerns were the walk……

“Had an amazing stay at Marc’s lake house on Lake Gaston. The home is even more beautiful in person and was extremely clean. We loved the amount of linens that were provided (including beach towels) and how stocked the kitchen was. Anything you could think of, Marc has you covered! The outdoor spaces were our favorite parts as there was enough seating for all of our guests, plus there were so many things to keep us busy! We also loved the downstairs bar/hangout area that led right out to the hot……

“4 old fishing buddies stayed 4 days and had a great time. This lake house and the boat are terrific. Valerie is the perfect host and she didn't mind coming and helping out when I couldn't figure out the digital lock. The house was clean and well appointed and Valerie pays attention to detail. The boat house and dock were perfect for evening conversations. We are booking for. Ext year...... don't take our week. Lol”

“This is a great location. Wow, the view!!!! The size of the house was perfect. Even though the house was very clean it does need some TLC. Nails on the deck are sticking up. Do not go barefoot! I would rent this again, just keep up with the maintenance and it will be booked all the time. Dealing with the owner was very good and easy.”
