“The only thing i didnt like was it smelled like dog pee in my room. They take pets there which I understand but I would suggest keeping all pet accepted rooms on one level or two and people with no pets on a different level. ”

“The continental breakfast was okay. I was in Minneapolis the whole week and had stayed 4 hotels. This one is the most expensive but their breakfast is like America Inn offered. Most time the front desk put poker face and if there was two people, they were just talking with each other. The last night we stayed was awful because there was no hot water for shower since 5pm. I called front desk and they said they have someone to take care of it but no one called back to explain the situation. At……

“Honestly, I felt awful for the person who checked me in. She had to deal with double Karen's (in the same group) who were pissed about something that didn't matter. For real, throwing a fit about something stupid. The person who checked us in didnt lose her cool and came up with reasonable alternatives. So, hat's off to her. Really clean and quiet place.”
