“The place is really beautiful and relaxing. We had a great experience! Just a few things minor things that can be improved are: - The pool heater wasn’t working for us - Cleanliness could have been a bit better, there were a bunch of dead flies in the kitchen. - A house rules book with check-out directions would be helpful. - The living room carpet smelled of pee a bit. Overall we would absolutely stay here again! There are so many great activities that the house offers, I really appreciated……

“For college friends met and stayed here for 5 days and the home was absolutely amazing. Very modern and beautiful. We enjoyed the heated pool, hot tub, and fire pit. It could not have been better. Close to the town and a comfortable area surrounding the home.”

“Owner was accommodating. Place was clean and nice for the price. The entrance was a little off putting but once you get past that, it was good to go. There is a bar downstairs that plays music into the night and morning but we slept through it. The A/C is very smart so we struggled to keep the temperature comfortable through the night. There was a learning curve. I point these things out to give you a heads up but not to take away from the fact that we had a great stay. Good job Scott! We would……

“Great home base for Syracuse graduation weekend. An easy drive to campus and a nice, peaceful spot to come back to each day. We were 7 people and were very comfortable. Great spot!”

“My main complaint was the listing said basic soaps To me that should include shower soap- all other places I have stayed have as well as shampoos We arrived at the property at 10 pm and had to go out to the store to buy soap so we could all shower in the morning That was the major disappointment. Otherwise the house is spacious and well kept”

“Everything was very easy. When I rented I didn’t realize the two twin beds were two rollaways but we made it work. All three of us slept in the main room where the bed was located… more like a studio rental. Great location and easy to get back and forth from the dance competition we were attending at the local Holoday Inn.”

“Property was as pictured and thoughtfully equipped. Property manager was quick to respond to questions in advance of our visit and with any questions or issues that arose. Nice location and ample space for our family to share time inside and outside, together and separately.”

“Our stay was perfect! It was so lovely to wake up every morning to the lake. It was quiet and peaceful. There is a fabulous town called Skaneateles that is 10 minutes away - it had great restaurants and shops, wine store- it was a really beautiful town on the lake. Overall wonderful stay!”

“Christine is an amazing host. A party of 17 of us visited the house in May 2024, and it was perfect for us. House was very clean, spacious, with lots of extra towels and bedding, A/C, fans, nicely equipped kitchen, gorgeous backyard with lots of space for kids to play, scenic beach access, etc. Our stay was extremely comfortable and we had an amazing time. Highly recommend the place and can't wait to visit again.”
