The rooms are very clean equipped with a full kitchen..There is a market on property to purchase your needs..A brew pub restaurant is on location and there is a free shuttle that will take you through the town of Springdale if you prefer other dining experiences. I loved this place! "

"A central location when visiting Zion. Once we arrived, we didn’t need our car with the free, local shuttle service throughout Springdale. Our room was spacious, clan and comfortable. The owners we helpful and friendly and gave us tips on how to make the most of our visit. We would stay there again. "

"Cairon is a gracious host who makes you feel immediately at home. The warm, friendly vibe is so much nicer than a conventional hotel. Fresh coffee in the morning, cookies and lemonade every afternoon. We unexpectedly had to leave a day early and he didn't charge us for the night. What a thoughtful and appreciated gift. If you come to Zion, this is the place to stay. End of discussion."

"Literally across the street from Zion. Beside park lodging, you are the first property. The Subway downstairs has great coffee and a really, really nice staff. 30 minutes from Davis supermarket and 40 from a Walmart. The owner was on site almost every day- very friendly and helpful. I will be recommending this place to everyone I know traveling to Zion"

"It isn’t fancy but for price point and location it’s a gem. The view in #1 is amazing. Location is across street from Zion entrance. It does smell like subway and pizza in the hallway but it didn’t bother us (my kids love both places). Romantic getaway maybe not, but really awesome place overall. Just go in with proper expectations which we did, and we loved it! I would absolutely stay again!"

"The bungalows are a very chic (black and white decor), modern and very clean establishment. The entrance and bathroom were wheelchair accesible (which is not something we needed) but it was nice to see for those who do. The daylight coming through the windows was amazing and the higher placed, rectangular window allowed for an amazing view no matter where your bungalow is located. "
