“Very comfortable! Very Clean and well equipped kitchen furnished with everything necessary for as much cooking as we wanted to do. Comfortable bed and functional bath. Close to beautiful, wide, and in May mostly empty beach. Walking distance to many good restaurants. We hope to return next spring.”

“This place was perfect and we had a great time. It has the space and privacy of a house, I love that i got to bring my dog and she could chill on the balcony or the grass. It also has the convenience of a townhouse/condo community- super close to the pool and private beach entrance. It's close enough to ride bikes to the pier and a short drive to downtown. Plenty of clear emails about check in, what to expect, ect. I hope we go back!”

“This cottage is a very short walk to beautiful St. Augustine beach and to several restaurants providing morning coffee to evening dinner. It had everything we needed plus plenty of parking. And downtown St. Augustine is just a 15-minute car ride away! Michael was a super host... responding quickly to answer any questions and to make our stay extra special.”

“This was a great little cottage. Open floor plan helped to keep it from feeling small. The community pool was just across the parking area and it was very clean. Enjoyed reading out on the back deck most days. Will definitely consider staying again.”

“House was updated and very cute, great location and quick walk through parking lot to the beach. We arrived late and ended up having to change the sheets on one of the beds because they weren't clean. Towels could be refreshed, but other than that it was a very nice place to stay and we enjoyed it.”

“The only thing great about this property was the location, a 1 minute walk to the beach. The cottage was outdated but functional, when we arrived the it appeared that nothing had been cleaned, the showers had red and black mildew and the grease on the stove and backsplash appeared to not have been wiped in sometime, and the bed sheets had bugs in them. I purchased bleach and paper/plastic plates and utensils because I didn’t trust that anything had been cleaned. The linens provided had……

“This property was the best! We had a great 5 nights as a family of 4. You can walk to everything - the beach, amazing restaurants, coffee shop, donuts, ice cream, the pier, etc! The house was comfortably ready for us, super clean and well stocked. We REALLY appreciated the beach toys, chairs & umbrella! Cannot wait to return! 5 🌟”
