“We needed a place for several days in St. Louis, we were there for our daughter's graduation from Wash U. This apartment was great for our needs, safe neighborhood, parking spot was VERY helpful, and our host was very responsive to our questions. If you are a light sleeper, the early morning church bells are a bit challenging but the location is otherwise great, right in the center of "The Hill" with many Italian shops and restaurants in walking distance.”

“The place was clean enough, however the basement where the bedroom was, smelled like mold the entire time we were there. It gave me a headache. Also parking was difficult--we got a ticket because we didn't read the sign that was over 50 feet away stating they were cleaning the streets and not to park. I wouldn't stay here again.”

“Cute 2-bedroom, 1-bath unit above 2 car garage. We stayed here for our daughter's graduation from Washington University St. Louis campus which was only a 15 min drive. Overall, unit was great. Brian is a great host and very responsive. Unit states it sleeps 6 but in reality it sleeps 4. When I originally booked unit I stated we had 3 guests but it turned out my daughter from Maryland ended up going with us so we had 4 guests. I didn't mention anything about this since I thought there was……

“We had a very comfortable & clean stay at Joes place! Easy to find & check in, the house is older but it was so charming & had modern touches that made it a fun experience. The king bed was SO comfortable, the kitchen had everything we needed to have a nice breakfast. We will definitely choose to stay here again we we visit St. Louis!”

The apartment, which is in a restored warehouse, is huge—with high ceilings, enormous windows, and lots of character (exposed brick, massive concrete columns, industrial-style windows, and vintage wood floors. Everything was faithful to the listing and thoughtfully fitted out. The apartment was very quiet, and the bed was excellent. “This house was perfect for our family to hang out and hit Main Street in St. Charles. The house itself has an updated kitchen and bathrooms and has enough space for a big family chill and watch movies or play video games. It is within walking distance of all the attractions on Main Street and if you are up to it, the Ameristar casino.”
