“I loved this place,I have really enjoyed my stay here,great facilities and one of the most amazing breakfast I have ever had in a hotel.I would like definitely to come back. Unfortunately I can’t give 5 stars because we had a bad experience with the dinner on the first night.We ordered a three course menu,the soup wasn’t warm enough,the salmon was burnt on the skin but not well cooked inside,we skipped the dessert because of the disappointment and still had to pay the full price for the……

“Location is great! 5mins walk to the Zugspitze Bahnhof and 7-8mins walk to the main City Center with a lot of shops. Lidl is located just across the street with openings Mon-Sat 8-20hr. With a 5-10mins walk you can reach a lot of good restaurants. Very convenient. Hotel buffet breakfast is very nice with a lot of choices. The mountain view suite is enough big for 2 people and the room design is modern and new. The hot water is not stable though and the parking is expensive - the only two things……

“It was a pleasant stay here. We were stunning to be offered a room with big size with a big balcony where we enjoyed sitting for relaxing. The room is properly set up. One thing we can't forget about is the window seat for breakfast where you can see the castles just right next to you. It was sensational. ”

“Beautiful property and facilities, communicative staff. Spent one night in a basic room with shared bathroom. Everything was very clean and comfortable. Mini fridge in room was a plus! ”
