“This place phenomenal you must stay more than 2 days! Didn’t get to try the pool area. Keep in mind you can also rent a bike from here! How cool is that. This place is peaceful, clean and crisp! The whole building inside Smells Amazing! They also welcome you in your room with waters and Florida popcorn! I recommend this place! ”

For those who have not stayed on a boat or even in a camper, just be aware that this is a yacht, not a condo. Know what you are getting into and you will absolutely love the experience, we did. “The neighborhood was just ok. The house was cute. Someone put a lot of thought & work into it. Unfortunately it hasn't been kept up. There were weeds and dead plants in the yard. Not at all inviting. When we arrived we were shocked to find that the house hadn't been thoroughly cleaned. The rug in the Living Room hadn't been cleaned or vacuumed recently, the floors felt sticky, the dishwasher wasn't working and had rancid water in it. Further, as to maintenence the kitchen sink had low water……

“We enjoyed our stay!! Our condo was clean, perfect size for my husband and I, and the view was perfect. Loved the pool area. It was quiet, peaceful, and every morning it was clean and put back together. The owner was informative, respectful, and made sure to reach out to me to see if it was okay to deliver some new patio furniture. He also let me know that there may be some work being done in the parking lot, but the work had been canceled. We would definitely consider coming back.”

“My husband and I made a last minute decision to go on a road trip from MN to FL for our anniversary, but we didn’t want to spend a ton of money. For the price, it was great. The outdoor shower is a little creepy at first, but it’s just because we aren’t use to it. After the first shower it was pretty freeing! “I didn’t stay here for the entirety of my stay due to cockroach infestations flying inside the house. Not only that, but the floor was peeling up and cracking in the main floors, the day bed looked used without clean sheets, the sheets in the main room had red stains on them, the dirty and used broom/cleaning supplies were left in the main area, and the kitchen was very dirty and unkept. I felt the pictures posted did not do the actual place justice, this place is very run down and not clean.……

“This tiny home is cute! It was a good fit for my family of 4. With a good size bathroom, cooking area, and plenty of sleeping space it worked great for the week. It comes with all the dishes, cooking, grilling, etc. utensils you'd need. Plenty of towels/hand towels. Couch/bed/pillows were comfortable. Our 3 year old did fine with the ladders and staying away from the edge, but if you have a particularly rambunctious little one you might find something else. The yard is a great size. It was 20……

“Delightful Experience: Charming hotel with a Wonderful Staff: We stayed her for 1 week May 2024 (3rd floor King Deluxe) and hope to stay here again. All of their staff were delightful & helpful - the true definition of HOSPITALITY. Our room was spacious, the mattress was very comfy yet firm, the pillows were squishy - perfect. The shower was perfect & for once I loved the provided shampoo & conditioner (I usually don't.) Very good in-room iron. The dressers show their age but still very nice.……
