“I had amazing stay. It was so peaceful and relaxing even though you’re in a beautiful location in the city right next to chinatown and a walk away from the Brooklyn bridge! I definitely will be back. They even have free yoga in the sky!! Room service was super responsive even though I had them heat up my leftovers quite a few times🤗.”

“Had a great stay besides the issue of our TV not working. We told the man downstairs at the reception desk and he said he would get someone to look at it- we came back to our room and it was still not fixed. For paying over $300, we expected at least an update or anything. Not professional if you ask me.”

“Short stay for work but very remarkable, as soon as you get to he front desk for check in you meet a wonderful person her name was Touria, very nice, friendly and very helpful, ”

“酒店寄存行李位置不安全，所有人均可以進入，而且也沒有行李牌給作証明或登記，隨便放置。故我唯有拖著行李外出，等待check in。”

“The location was perfect for exploring Chelsea and the West Village. The bed was super comfortable. The hotel is also convenient to subway lines. Drawbacks - the minibar fridge did not work; the small built in chest of drawers was in sad shape (the drawers either wouldn’t open or couldn't close;) there are an unnecessary number of buttons for lighting control; the silver lame sheers were tattered; and the drapery panel had some stains on it. All in all, nothing truly upsetting. I would stay here……
