“The cabin was small but cleverly designed and is in a prime location to Bryson City and other area attractions. We truly enjoyed our stay. We normally only vacation using our camper and wanted to change it up a little this year. We had a wonderful relaxing time and enjoyed the cabin immensely.”

“This was a relaxing get away in an area that we had not experienced before. Loved the creek and fire pit and our visit to Wayah Bald. The hosts were very responsive to our questions. Trimming of the hedges left and right of the drive might aid exiting the driveway less difficult and a mattress update in the second floor middle bedroom would be nice.”

“The owner made us feel right at home with easy check in, check out, all amenities we wanted. She called to check on us to make sure we had everything we needed. Loved the screened in porch, rockers, and porch swing. It was especially relaxing as we listened to the rain on the tin roof. Very clean. Would recommend for couples or small family.”

The listing clearly states you need to being your own sheets, towels, etc which is somewhat unusual but I didnt really mind. What did bother me, however, was the overall dirtiness of the inside of the rental. While unpacking and getting settled, I realized the bedside "tables" had dirt and debris all over them. Moving into the kitchen, the counter did not appear to have been cleaned and had crumbs from a……

“Really the only issue was the shower/tub which did not drain well. Otherwise, the property was well-kept and quiet. Very convenient to Bryson City. ”
