“The apartment was really nice and clean. Close to downtown and surrounding areas. The only issue I had was the heat was staying on and had to call couple times. But overall was nice.”

“My fiancé and I stayed for 2 nights. I personally fell in love with the kitchen which was mostly stocked with dishes for cooking, which we did take advantage of. We did have to throw away a steak knife because it was a safety hazard since the blade was falling out of the handle. Some interesting notes: there is a motion detector light in the hallway that turns on every time you enter/exit the apartment, kitchen, and bathroom. The floors are uneven, so you'll need your sea legs. There is a bright……

“We were in Atlanta for a graduation at Georgia Tech and this apartment was absolutely perfect for our needs. It was spacious, clean and in a lovely quiet neighborhood. We would definitely stay there again!”

“My two adult children and I really enjoyed our 2 night stay here. The apartment is located in a very quiet and old neighborhood and is the perfect distance away from downtown Atlanta (15-20 minute drive). Snacks and coffee were provided and all appliances were full size. We would be happy to stay here again.”

“Everything was great for us except the parking situation. It was very confusing and we ended up getting boots on all 3 cars; however, the host was VERY helpful and sent us most of the money back in return for the mishap. Would stay again but would want clearer instructions on the parking situation. Other than that, very clean, nice, responsive, and helpful! The place was about an 8-minute walk from the Fox Theater!”

“Pretty loft space, very spacious and clean. The check in process is clunky. My only complaint was that the thermostat was set to automatically go back to 60 degrees after 2 hrs and so the loft was feeezing when I got back from work each day. Then I had to keep turning the heat up all night. I asked how to adjust it and they told me to take the cover off and use a paperclip to manually reset it….well it was already 9 pm and I didn’t have a paperclip. Also the hot water ran out of the shower both……

“Was a Great experience, I only missed the control for the TV, but the rest was enought for my short stay.”

“Was not able to stay at the residence,host says she had already spoke with Vrbo support team to unlist the property and they did not. So my fiance and I were stranded for about an hour after a 3 hour drive until Vrbo was able to get me a hotel for one night instead of the two I had booked, therefore we were forced to leave early and I have not yet received a refund.”

“This cute, clean and perfect place was just what I needed for a quiet getaway! Just a few minutes walk to all I needed! Easy entrance and exit, quiet neighborhood and beautiful area. It's spacious & comfortable, there a ton of great places to eat within walking distance, the hosts were really on top of their communication, the gym & pool were wonderful... I could keep going. We will definitely stay here the next time we travel to Atlanta.”

“This property is in the best location. So many restaurants are walkable. The eastern is also very walkable. The house is older and has some neat characteristics. The only downfall I had was the only bathroom is on the first floor and the bedrooms are on the second.”
