“I had a 5 night stay here. It was such a relaxing stay. My small dog and I were welcomed by Toby the dog. Cynthia gave us clear instructions of how to get to the cottage and settled in. “We visited Sunset Hills in April, and it was so beautiful. Quail were browsing outside the sliding glass door. The grass was bright green and trees were leafing out. So beautiful. Very close to Sutter Creek where the shopping is fun, and the food is fabulous. Next time I want to swim in that beautiful infinity pool and sit by the fire table in the evening. “Wonderful property. A few pros and cons: 1) Pro: Location/view are absolutely stunning 2) Con: A bit of a mouse problem, we were cleaning up quite a bit of feces and they even ate our food. Owner is trying to remediate, hope it goes better for the next guests 3) Pro: New hot tub! The view from it can not be beat 4) FYI: Long single lane road to property. Was a bit scary around the blind corners. Still worth it.”
