I have been stayed at this hotel several times. All are good, except this time they overcharged me 1 person’s breakfast for the respective 2 days. I would not be known if I did not ask for the hardcopy receipt at the checkout. They did not want to remove the fees after checking their paper records instead they want to double check with their cafe and make the revised afterward. On the same day, they removed only one, the other one would take some time to process. Almost a week past, no further notice that have been received which makes me very unhappy about it.
Staff was not engaging, I got a couple toiletries things they charged to the room and took my cash never acknowledge when asked about the charges never gave a receipt for anything including the final stay. Breakfast was nice and confident for our needs

They put us in a room that was essentially in the lobby. Very noisy.
