“This is a classic roadside motel. We were there for an overnight stay on a roadtrip and this place fit the bill perfectly. We usually stay at Holiday Inn Express and the like but those prices have increased so much ($200 for less than eight hour stay!) that we are increasingly looking for independent, local options in a lower price range. I prioritize three things in this kind of place: cleanliness, bed comfort, and water pressure in the shower. The room was nicer than we expected. It was……

My wife scolded me because she saw the picture of the exterior and assumed the worst. When I got there, the checkin was very, very quick, and then I had the key to my room. Then it happened.
