“It is a one story small inn with probably < 20 rooms. But the room is super clean, looks very new, floors and furniture are all like new. Very well accommodating. 1 block (3-5min walk) to public beach, In a safe, shaded and quiet residential neighborhood. The receptionist is very nice. Parking is free. There are very good seafood restaurants within 3 miles. Also Harris Teeter within 10 min walk. Very nice place to stay.”

“The room is too small, the room on the first floor has a smell not nice,the whole is clean, there is hot coffee all day, and I like the breakfast on Sunday.”

“This is an old run down property that is nothing to write home about. You’re definitely getting what you paid for. It’s under new management so I’m hoping things shape up in the near future. On the plus side there’s beach access close by and they are located near the highway so you can easily get to VA beach. ”

“This hotel was very friendly. Had a minor maintenance issue with our room door, but they were quick to fix it for us with ease. Hotel keeps itself clean to the best of its abilities and room service is friendly. I stay here often and have only had this one issue. Although, the pillows are a little flat.... lol”

“Great place! Simple, clean, and didn’t smell funny. Had a small fridge, a TV, as well as a small table and chairs. A/C & heat worked well. Nothing fancy, but had everything I needed for a reasonably low price.”

“The property overall was clean. There were dirty dishes in the dishwasher and a knot of hair in the bedsheets. The kitchen has been updated and there is a good size living room. The bathroom is tiny!!! We found the beds to be uncomfortable, with and without the extra matress. The bed in the smaller.bedroom is broken and would roll around the room sometimes. Neighbor has a junkyard in their backyard. Property is very close to a beautiful beach. For a budget price it is worth it.”

“It was 3 of us staying for 4 nights. Nice open layout with full kitchen and laundry in the bathroom. Quenn size bed with a quenn size pullout sofa. About a 5 minute walk do Chicks beach. Would stay again and can’t wait for our next trip!!”
