“Overal we had a nice stay in New York and the apartment. However, the communication via the Sondor app was poor. I had problems with the security payment which could not be solved via the app (at the end it took me 15min for a call). Futhermore, we had an issue with the fire alarm beeping (not solved during the evening / night).”

“Very convenient location for me. I do wish the kitchen had paper towels or kitchen dishcloths as I had to use my hand towel instead. Room was clean and bed was comfy.”

Dommage qu’il y ait peu d’ustensiles de cuisine (pas de cafetière ni bouilloire, comme prévu uniquement deux tabourets, bien que chambre pour quatre personnes…). “My wife and I had decided to take our family of five to New York over Easter Weekend. Neither of us our from the city, but thought that our boys would enjoy the change of pace from our suburban life. The room itself is cozy. It slept five, but in all honesty two of our boys had to share a bed. It was exceptionally clean, and well stocked. There is a stove top, but now oven. We were aware of that going in, so we were not disappointed. We were not provided the WiFi password upon arrival, but after……

Very clean, has all the amenities. Also great location. Near 6 line, CVS, and Grocery. Will stay here again in the future. :)”

“We had a wedding in town and had a great stay in this lovely apartment. The beds are very comfortable, great couches and dining area to gather in. We appreciated having a parking spot, and not having to search for street parking. Communication with owner was prompt.”

“Met up with some friends from all over. Was a great central spot to walk and hit up food/drink places. Easy to access the train as well. Katz deli was across the street and the pastrami changed my life. The one issue with the apartment is there wasn't a great sitting area but we made do with the large dining room table. Location and cleanliness definitely trumped that for us.”
