“Room light insufficient. Staff polite and friendly. Carpet at corridor seems dirty. Will not choose it again as the general feeling is not good.”

“The staff were friendly and helpful. The room was very clean and comfortable. The water pressure in the shower was great but the temperature didn’t get hot and the pipes made a lot noise. The kitchen was very nice, the appliances worked well. However, it could have been a little better stocked for people who want to cook. The frying pan was very small and the kitchen utensils set was missing a spatula. But all-in-all a good stay.”

Overall, I had a pleasing experience at Marriott Eaton Hotel because there are quite a lot of good restaurants nearby and the environment was comfortable to stay at (quiet and spacious enough)”

“Infelizmente quando cheguei até o dia de ir embora o elevador não estava funcionando. Sugiro que informem antecipadamente ao hóspede, assim poderemos decidir se queremos ficar ou não em um local sem elevador. Eu tenho condições de subir escadas, então foi ok, o rapaz quem levou 5 andares minha mala pesada. Não ofereceram água durante a estadia, seria o mínimo (todos os hotéis que me hospedam dão água) depois de subir todas essas escadas e mesmo se houvesse elevador. O quarto que escolhi não……
