“The room is small. Not cost-effective”

“The property is lovely. Service excellent. Lascelles at the front desk was very helpful and patient with my requests. Parking easy. Breakfast great”

“Generally high quality hotel and restaurant (the junction). Despite having issues reserving a table and getting our reservation changed without our consent multiple times, the manager did eventually try to make up for the issues. Rooms are quiet, bed comfortable and generally staff we were very helpful.”

“Things initially got off to a rough start but seriously improved to make the overall stay a good to very good one. It was 10 pm when we checked in after 20 hours of international travel. When I turned down the bed, sheets were wrinkled and a pair of dirty socks were found…obviously, this bed had not been cleaned. But management were appropriately horrified and the room was spotlessly cleaned the next day and we were given a free night at the hotel. Excellent parking, lovely pool with nice……

“The staff was warm and accommodating, especially since we ended up with some special consideration! I had to spend a day at UV Medical Center for treatment of a condition so required an extra day's stay. I was accommodated very nicely!”

“My family and I liked staying there for 2 nights. The only thing I would change is you really don’t have much privacy in the bathroom everyone can hear you.”

“Great customer service. Breakfast was good with plenty of options and time. Sauna showers were not working. Gym was dates but in good condition and clean. Didnt use the pool this time but would go back . Room was big but not enough towels. WouLd prefer a seating option in the room or outside of room. Shower water was great. Lighting and signage was good. No water/ice option. Fridge in room was very loud. Wifi was good but you have to log in over and over.”

“Decent hotel, nice staff and good breakfast. However the walls are paper thin and you can hear people walking down the hallways.”

“What a great property. The property is 50/50 Laquinta and Hawthorne. Similar vibes but Hawthorne has extended say with 2 burner stove top mid size fridge with a freezer. This was just the spot I needed for the night.”
