“This was our first visit to Holden Beach. The house was exactly as pictured except the owner has added some very comfortable outdoor seating on the deck. We spent mornings and evenings sitting outside watching and listening to the ocean. The location was perfect for us - close to restaurants (I highly recommend Mermaids Island Grill) and Sunset Slush (Italian Ice) within a 3 minute drive along with a Public Beach access diagonally across from the driveway. There is also another Public Beach……

But we loved the location, we’ve been vacationing at Holden for 25+ years now and stayed at a different house each time and it was one of our favorites for location, beach access, not a long walk through the dunes to get to the beach.”
