“Due to full occupancy in Torquay, we finally reserved 2 rooms at 13th Beach Golf Lodge for 1 night. All facilities in the lodge were new & the environment provided us a leisure moment. Breakfast with tea or black coffee was included but simple. It would be much better if Latte or Flat White could be included as they are not costy items. Food quality was fluctuated. My toast was over-baked. Restaurant staff was limited indeed so patient was required. ”

“The cottage is well equipped, especially the utensils in the kitchen were sufficient! This is a nice and self-contained cottage, with very friendly staff if you need help. Everything was excellent, except the wifi is limited to the reception area. We enjoyed our stay there very much!”

“This is a fantastic hotel, beautiful and clean. My skin is very sensitive, this is the only hotel that didn't make me allergic after my stay. Also, the pool was very clean; I could open my eyes in the water without red eyes afterward. The reception service was excellent, and I met a clean staff, Sity (not sure if I spelled right), she was friendly to chat with and showed me where to go when I lost. Overall, I would definitely stay again if I back to Australia next time.”

“Everything in the room are excellent. Car can parked at your front down. Supermarket is on the opposite side of the street. ”

“This is the lowest grade of Best Western we had ever stayed, compared in California, US. But it still meet the lowest average and we all have no negative comment staying there. But Best Western should look better”
