"We arrived in the morning and 'checked in' but given the earliness of our arrival the room was obviously not ready which were more than aware of. Staff however booked us in, gave us a card to access all the Hotel's facilities and called us as soon as the room was ready. Staff were polite, friendly and knowledgeable. Check in was fast and the reception area was well maintained and spacious. We were upgraded to an ocean view and our room was excellent! Spacious, clean, modern. "

"All is great, stayed here for a week for both work and leisure. As a feedback, it will be great for Crowne to modernize the lift buttons and have the door open and close buttons at the top instead of the bottom for an easier reach."

"Good location near surfers paradise tram stop. 5 minutes from the beach. Breakfast very good with lots of options and served until 10am. Clifford’s restaurant very nice and good value. Would recommend when visiting Gold Coast."
