“This house was perfect for us. Fenced backyard to let dog out. Very clean ! And close to everything!”

“Stayed while in town for a family graduation. Perfect central location for our planned activities and a nice quiet place to wind down and get some rest.”

“We had a red-eye flight and the host was willing to let us check in early. As luck would have it, our plane was diverted and we had to drive to Ohio for hours. We had some difficulting getting in, the door stuck and the keyless entry wouldn't work. There was alot of rain in the area, so that may have aided in the door swelling. There was an odor in the home, but not overbearing but our clothes did smell like it when we got home. The house cold down nicely, which was a huge plus and the shower……

“The room wasn’t exactly like the picture, pretty basic. The bed was comfortable and the room clean. There was a Keurig coffee maker but no coffee. No temperature gauge and the room cold outside the covers. Check in was simple, I was contacted by the owner through email when I arrived, they seemed helpful. Not a bad place if creature comforts aren’t important!”

“Great historical house. Clean, close to downtown and about a mile to Adrian College and Sienna Heights. Thanks for a great reunion.”

“Nicely decorated. Stairs to upstairs bedroom was a little steep but doable. Maybe need another railing on opposite wall.”

“Property needs a lot of work, needs to do a lots of upgrades as in gas from the stove odor, cleanliness, possibly a larger hot water tank because there was hardly any hot water and proper needs to upgrade on the facility as in better quality of linens bed and furniture”

“This worked out really well for our stay prior to our daughter's graduation. Cute property and very close to campus. The only thing I would mention is that it says it sleeps 5, but I'm not sure how. We had planned to have 5, but our son had to cancel, and it was perfect for 4. I would not say the sofa is big enough for an adult to sleep on. Overall, I highly recommend for a visit to BG.”

“A family gathering brought us to the area. The house was exactly as described and extremely clean and comfortable. We walked our dog around the neighborhood each evening and were also impressed with how nicely kept the homes are and how quiet it is there. It was centrally located to all our family. We would absolutely stay again!”

“We were in town for our son's graduation at UT Law School. The house is well stocked, beautifully decorated and plenty of room for a large family. We had 6 stay with us and 4 others at a local hotel. We had plenty of room for a family breakfast. Everyone talked about how comfortable the beds were. We loved the house and the location was in a quiet neighborhood but just 67 minutes from campus and close to other attractions. Highly recommend! “Absolutely beautiful home in downtown perrysburg. The best equipped place i have rver stayed in plus the host made us breakfast and a desert and left it in the fridge for us! She had fresh fruit, croissants, bagels juice. It was truly amazing.”

“The house was nice. Had everything we needed. The trees were full of birds singing, there are a couple eagles who stayed in the trees just outside and the squirrels were friendly too. The water was brown and unswimable, but overall, absolutely beautiful. Happy we booked here! Check in and out was easy and owner was responsive to messages.”
