“When we arrived at William's property we were so happy that we had booked it. It was absolutely perfect for our family. Plenty of space, close to the beach and strip of Bondi, bus in both directions outside and a Nespresso Machine. The communication from William before and during our stay was really appreciated and he was making sure we had everything we needed. The property was nice and spacious for us with a nice big washing machine and plenty of drying space. We cooked breakfast each morning……

“I had the best stay...this cute terrace house is walking distance to Bondi shops and nearby beaches. Bright, breezy, stylish, super comfortable bed, huge telly, renovated bathroom and the lounge room doors fully open to a lovely little garden. I could not have been happier.”

“Spacious apartment with parking always available outside.Well equipped with new bathroom and excellent washing machine and dryer but cooker needs replacing as couldn't get the oven to work nor some of the gas burners.We loved the area and the Plumer road shops /cafes nearby.Would recommend as great value for the location and we would return.”

“This Bondi Beach location was excellent. I enjoyed counting the surfers each morning. We stayed for 6 nights. More bath towels would have been nice. A roll of paper towels also would have been appreciated. The unit was lovely but seems a touch tired.”

The crockery and the cutlery was not clean which I informed Jules about. He said that he would make sure to rectify that. I found Jules to be most Professional and very pleasant to deal with. I informed Jules that I didn’t mind cleaning it at all. However, I felt it very important to let him know. I felt……

“My friends and I thoroughly enjoyed our stay at this property. It had everything we needed at a great price point (significantly more cost effective than any other 2 bedroom apartments we looked at). Would definitely stay here again. I’ll also mention that the Urban Rest team were great to deal with and super helpful when we’d left some belongings behind. Thank you!”

“The place was great, clean, and in an awesome neighbourhood. The hosts got back to me quickly and we had a lovely time. There are plenty of coffee shops and bars near by. Only thing I would mention is that the main floor bathroom is a bit of a "Harry Potter" closet - didn't give us any problems but something to note! Parking on the street can be tricky... but that's Sydney!”

“Overall, the beds are clean and comfortable. However, there are too many flies in the living room and kitchen, which makes the experience annoying.”
