“Everything is excellent. The dinner I enjoyed very much, the salmon and the beef were delicious, even the breads were so good. The staffs in restaurant were very nice, and the reception provided an unforgettable experience for both of us, especially who assisted to bring our luggages, led us to the room, instructed us the room conditions. Every staff’s smile brought us warmth and joy. The room is extremely good with sauna included. Just one thing the hotel may improve is to turn off the road……

“It is amazing, wonderful, comfortable accommodation. My family like this hotel very much. There is sauna inside the house, we like this facility very much. After one day ski activity, we went back to the house and enjoy the sauna. It is so relaxing and comfortable. The buffet breakfast provided many kinds of dishes, it is good and tasty. In conclusion, I will choose this hotel again for next time.”

“整體非常好，有客廳，飯廳，睡房，桑拿房，廚房有煮食爐，焗爐，咖啡壺，多士爐，淋浴間傍有性能良好的洗衣機，廚房櫃內碗碟齊全，各種煲及煎pan，及用具都一一齊備，房間擺設很精緻，唯獨美中不足是，床單及被鋪都感覺很不潔，若穿著衣服睡覺問題不大，但對我們不穿衣服睡覺就影響甚大”

“飯店設施雖然有年代感，但很溫馨，入住時發現吹風機壞了，staff也馬上幫我換新的！！！離開時也幫我訂了計程車！！！唯一缺點是其中一天晚上（已經半夜12點，對面鄰居在唱歌劇，唱得超大聲！後來又是請staff處理”

“This hotel is wonderful! They provided a wide range of food for breakfast and the kitchen utensils were of premium quality. You can simply buy food and cook yourself inside the room. The room was spacious and the staff was very helpful. Everything there was excellent! I definitely recommend this hotel to others and would stay there if I come to Rovaniemi again!”
