“Check in was not good. I had prepaid through Hotels.com and when I got there the guy wasn't able to process the payment from Hotels.com to him and said it was my problem and I would have to pay for the room and get reimbursed from Hotels.com. finally after a while he gave me a room but it was not what I had booked. The room was aweful, smelled bad, what felt like a hole in the floor under the carpet and the door was already wide open when I got to the room. ”

“The owner was very friendly and great with communication. We arrived as he and his wife were wrapping everything up with the house getting it ready for my friends and I. He was so friendly and very welcoming and even gave my friends a small tour of the house and backyard. The house was beautiful, it was clean, organized and cozy. There was so much to do! I totally recommend this house and we will definitely try and go back in the future!”

“My family and I, rented this beautiful BNB to stay in while in town for my Grandmothers 90th Birthday. The home was exactly as pictured on the site, it was by far the cleanest and best taken care property that we have rented through VRBO! We were beyond impressed by the Host Eddie and his home! We willlllll be back!”

“Well it says the whole house is to yourself but it didn’t say the owner lives in the basement and the yard hasn’t been cut in a month and we been home for over a week and still haven’t got my deposit back and I wouldn’t of rented this property if I knew the owner lived there ”

“I rented this for my wife's birthday weekend, as we also had an extended family event at Cupsogue. I liked the idea of a cozy bungalow in the water. I, however, remember the units described as renovated, and that is a very misleading description. That is, they weren't in the best condition. That said, they withstood a terrible rain storm early Sunday AM. The pathway between the units goes straight down and with steps going into the bay. The lighting in the complex at night is beautiful.”

“West Hampton Dunes is the best place to stay in the Hamptons…clean area, low traffic, few people most of the time. The accommodations were great to have both bayside and ocean right there.”

“The property was clean and large and the outdoor space made for a fun gathering place, especially for the children in our group. It would have been nice to have dedicated spaces to hang towels and clothes, especially as we had so many people staying. The hosts were friendly and accommodating and we would stay again.”

“We had a big group here for a family reunion & to celebrate my grandmothers 90th birthday! We had kids between 1 year to 10 years old, a handful of young adults and everyone else 30+ years old and everyone had a good time. It wasn’t *spotless* when we arrived (still trash in a lot of the bathroom trash cans, socks were dirty immediately just from walking around, crumbs on shelves) but nothing a quick cleanup ourselves couldn’t fix. We also had some pretty bad storms while we were there, the……

“My family and I had another wonderful stay at the Beach and Bay Bungalows. This was our 2nd time staying there and I honestly do not think it could ever get old. We had bungalow 7 which is right on the bay and it was simply beautiful. The ocean is a short walk across the street and the private beach is so nice. The cute town of West Hampton is 5 minutes away and it has everything you need. It was a great stay and I hope to be back very soon.”
