“18 years ago, my wife and I stayed in the honeymoon suite and it was wonderful. This time, we had the opportunity to stay there with our son and it was wonderful. The staff was very friendly and immediately took care of getting us checked-in so that we could make in time for our niece’s graduation. “Shower stall could've been cleaner, hairs around bottom of doors. Staff was excellent & so helpful! Design of room had T.V. located on side wall, would prefer direct view from bed location. ”

“We were looking for a place to view the 2024 solar eclipse and we found this cabin, which was in the path of totality! We were so excited to be able to view the eclipse from the property, which meant that we didn't have to deal with traffic getting home or to other lodging. Sherry was a great host. The cabin was quiet and clean. and just perfect for a two-night stay. ”

“We were in town for a soccer tournament and was looking for a comfortable yet affordable weekend stay. Over all we were very satisified and will stay here again next year. Hotel was quit and clean. the full kitchen was a blessing to have for a family trip. easy access to ice and had coin oporated washer and dryer. (important for those muddy soccer weekends) We did not use it but was important for us to have access to. Only complaints we had was that the the microwave turntable didnt work and one……

“Nothing like the one in jackson. I stayed at the townhouse inn in jackson mo then the one in cape girardeau. The one in jackson 10 stars the one in cape 2 stars so its woryh the 5 min drive ”

“Town was cute and ecclectic, stay at VRBO gave the same vibes. Very clean and fun. We only stayed for 1 night but would love to come back- stopped by Annie Laurie’s, Indie House, Kenny’s Flippin Burgers, Ebb and Flow brewery and Broadway Bistro/vintage store. We recommend all of them!”

“Host had the cabin very clean. New leather couch & recliner. Mattress was extremely comfortable. Washer & Dryer were excellent. Another Rental house near, long-term renters were very quiet. Internet not very good in the Illinois woods. Closed cabin has a musty smell from humidity in the woods. Host had an automatic air freshener going to help with air quality.”
