The other gal at the desk was friendly and helpful as well. Our king size bed was way too tall for my elderly mother to get into. No step stool available to assist. I was given a chair but it didn’t help either. We had to roll her into bed. The next evening she slept on the pull out couch - after staff cleaned it. The hair dryer did not work. I was told……
