“Next time I come back to Bristol, I’d definitely be staying in this hotel again! The bed is very comfy, the free milk machine is such a nice facility in the corridor, the welcome cookies were yummy, the service is good, the room is nice and clean.”

“城堡本身非常古老，环境也很幽静，室内摆设都极大保留了历史特色。酒店原则上不接受8岁以下儿童入住，我们带着一个4岁的孩子，虽然无法进入餐厅用餐，但是可以叫room service在房间吃早餐。早餐很丰富味道也很好。是一次很满意的经历。”

“整體來說都滿意，唯一要彈的是冷氣機經常噴出一塊塊灰黑色的物體， 可能是隔塵網太污糟了，應該清洗乾淨好D， 弄得被上一塊塊污跡，這樣不太好。 其他設施及服務也貼心。”

“A very clean room and bathroom. Room amenities were good, apart from only having 1 bed pillow each which wasn’t to our liking. If staying at this property, perhaps recommend staying on 1st floor as our room was ground floor and the noise from upstairs guests was very loud - not much in terms of sound insulation. Room door and lock didn’t seem very secure or sturdy - perhaps this can be improved. Quite a significant gap between door and frame meaning noise, draft and light came through gaps. The……

“This is an older building with lots of character. The bedroom was huge with lots of space and a view over the garden. The bed was comfy, although the mattress did seem to sag in the middle a little. The bathroom was nicely decorated, but I was a little surprised their wasn't any shampoo/conditioner in addition to the shower gel. We didn't have breakfast so can't comment on that. We did have a drink from the bar after hours, which was allowed but the chap serving us didn't really have a clue so……

“We were in room 25, due to the walkway on the floor above us, this was a noisy room. Usually late at night or early in the morning when guests were mobile. ”
